Alpha Scorpii

The binary system known as Alpha Scorpii, The Heart of the Scorpion. The red giant Antares is the brightest star in the constellation Scorpius. Antares B is a much smaller blue giant that is greatly dwarfed by Antares yet is still much larger then our own sun.

This cold and brisk giant lies far beyond the frost line, but still retains a beautiful view of these 2 wondrous suns.
